Frequently Asked Questions

We are pleased to announce that effective September 9, 2022, we at First NaturalState Bank will launch a new core banking system. This upgrade will help us operate more efficiently, improve our products and services, and continue to reach our goal of providing you with a banking experience the natural way.

You may ask what the core banking system is. The core banking system is the software we use to support our most common transactions-cashing checks, making deposits, etc. While the bulk of the conversion is behind the scenes, there will be times that it will affect some of the services you use such as internet banking and mobile banking. We do not anticipate any interruptions to our normal services or hours of operation during this process.

On behalf of our team, we want to thank you for banking with us at First NaturalState Bank. We appreciate each and every one of our relationships and look forward to continuing to provide great service. Thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this process. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at (870) 222-3880 or stop by one of our offices.
